Since each piece is handmade and made to order, please allow up to 8 business days for crafting before your order is ready to ship. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking information to monitor its progress.

  2. Tracking says my order has arrived, but I have not received it.
    We’re sorry to hear that! Please check with your neighbors or your local post office first. If the package is still not found, contact our customer service team at gadisjewelry@gmail.com, and we will help resolve the issue.

  3. How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times vary based on your location. Once your order is processed (which takes up to 8 business days), delivery typically takes:

    Canada: 3-7 business days
    United States: 3-7 business days
    Mexico: 1-2 business days
