Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Gädis! We are committed to delivering your handcrafted pieces with care and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
- Since each piece is handmade and made to order, please allow 8 business days for us to carefully craft your jewelry before it is shipped.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Delivery times vary based on location:
- Canada: Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
- United States: Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
- Mexico: Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.
Please Note: Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, which are unfortunately beyond our control.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your order's progress and expected delivery date.
Signature Required
- For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a note with instructions for rescheduling or picking up your package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Gädis Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
